Take a trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway and stop along the route to enjoy various hikes.
You may relax on the grounds by lounging on the large porch area or playing games and cards in our brand new clubhouse and coffee shop. We will soon have an ice cream shop. Play some games in our communal grounds area, or simply relax by the community bonfire with family and friends. And on warmer days, take a float along the creek beneath the trees.

Trails around the Linville Falls Visitor Center provide both challenging and moderate walks to the stunning three-tiered Linville Falls across the Linville Gorge. The Gorge's high walls have earned it the moniker "Grand Canyon of the Southern Appalachians." Every year, 350,000 people visit the Linville Falls Visitor Center (MP 316.4). Linville Falls is the most well-known waterfall in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Grandfather Mountain, which climbs 5,946 feet over northwest North Carolina, is a location of incredible biodiversity and spectacular splendor. The mountain, which is part of the United Nations' Southern Appalachian Biosphere Reserve, is thought to be 300 million years old, with some rock formations dating back 1.2 billion years.
Linville Caverns, located near the southern entryway to western North Carolina's High Country area, is a wonderful location for tourists of all ages. The grandeur of our mountains may be seen within Humpback Mountain, and tourists are welcome to discover the majesty and miracles produced by nature "within a mountain."
